Italian Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 6 Tbsp well-flavored chicken bouillon
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 canned Italian peeled tomatoes diced to double recipe use one 16 oz can
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- pinch of oregano
Directions
- Combine chicken bouillon olive oil and diced tomatoes
- Bring to boil
- Add beans salt pepper and oregano
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes
- Remove cover and continue to cook over low heat until excess moisture has evaporated and beans are tender
