Italian Meat Balls

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients roll into balls
- Some cooks like to brown meat balls before cooking them in the sauce
- I prefer cooking them in the sauce without browning
- Either way is very good
