Italian Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients roll into balls
  2. Some cooks like to brown meat balls before cooking them in the sauce
  3. I prefer cooking them in the sauce without browning
  4. Either way is very good
