Italian Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 slices fresh bread torn
- 12 c milk or beef stock
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 tsp pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seed optional
- 1 12 lb ground chuck
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- canned tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Combine bread and milk in a small bowl
- Beat egg in large bowl add oregano salt pepper and garlic
- Add beef and cheese mix well
- Bake at 350 for one hour
