Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 3 cans hot water
  • 2 Tbsp minced parsley
  • 14 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 12 tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients with wet hands
  2. Form 16 balls
  3. Brown slowly in hot oil shaking pan frequently to keep balls round Blend paste with other ingredients
  4. Pour over meatballs
  5. Cover and simmer 1 hour
  6. Serve over cooked noodles or spaghetti
