Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint
- 2 pieces crumbled bread
- 13 c white wine
- olive oil
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions
- Soak the bread pieces in the wine set aside
- Combine the Italian sausage eggs mint and bread
- Form into 24 meatballs Brown the meatballs over high heat in a skillet lightly greased with olive oil
- Finish cooking the meatballs in a marinara sauce Serve over spaghetti or other pasta
