Italian Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 3 cans hot water
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 tsp sugar
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients with wet hands
- Form 16 balls
- Brown slowly in hot oil shaking pan frequently to keep balls round Blend paste with other ingredients
- Pour over meatballs
- Cover and simmer 1 hour
- Serve over cooked noodles or spaghetti
