Italian Meatballs In Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 lb sausage or ground pork
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp basil or marjoram
- 14 c water
Directions
- Pour water over bread crumbs then mix all ingredients together
- Form into 1 12-inch meatballs
- Heat a little oil in a skillet brown meatballs a dozen or so at a time
- Place them in spaghetti sauce after draining off grease
