Italian Meatballs In Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 12 lb sausage or ground pork
• 1 c soft bread crumbs
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp oregano
• 14 tsp basil or marjoram
• 14 c water

Directions

1. Pour water over bread crumbs then mix all ingredients together
2. Form into 1 12-inch meatballs
3. Heat a little oil in a skillet brown meatballs a dozen or so at a time
4. Place them in spaghetti sauce after draining off grease
