Italian Oyster Stew

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large can peeled tomatoes
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 tsp Morton seasoned salt
- 18 tsp oregano
- 1 pt Cedar Key oysters
Directions
- Saute onion in olive oil until transparent
- Add canned tomatoes seasoned salt and oregano
- Cook about 10 minutes on medium
- heat
- Addoysters
- and juice
- Stir as they cook for about 3
- to 5 minutes
- The edge of the oysters will curlIf you want
- your oysters well done cook longer
- Can be served over rice or spaghetti
