Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg rotini
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli cuts or 1 pkg frozen California blend
- 1 can artichoke hearts cut and drained
- 1 can ripe olives
- 12 c shredded cheese optional
- 1 small onion 12 thin slices optional
- Italian dressing or your favorite to taste
Directions
- Cook noodles and chill
- Cook vegetables slightly crunchy and chill
- Marinate artichokes overnight or use commercially marinated ones
- Cut olives in 12
- Mix all ingredients
