Italian Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 c tomatoes or 5 medium fresh tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 12 c flour
  • 1 small green pepper chopped
  • 12 lb mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp cooking wine

Directions

  1. Wash pork chops in vinegar
  2. Season and let sit for awhile Chop celery tomatoes onions and green pepper
  3. Saute in a small gram of oil add tomatoes
  4. Cook about 20 minutes
  5. Flour and fry chops in a small amount of oil let drain
  6. Place in a casserole dish and pour sauce over pork chops
  7. Open mushrooms and pour juice over top of sauce and pork chops
  8. Add wine
  9. Cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350
  10. This recipe can be used with chicken and beef ribs
  11. Brown all meat
