Italian Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 1 c tomatoes or 5 medium fresh tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 12 c flour
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- 12 lb mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp cooking wine
Directions
- Wash pork chops in vinegar
- Season and let sit for awhile Chop celery tomatoes onions and green pepper
- Saute in a small gram of oil add tomatoes
- Cook about 20 minutes
- Flour and fry chops in a small amount of oil let drain
- Place in a casserole dish and pour sauce over pork chops
- Open mushrooms and pour juice over top of sauce and pork chops
- Add wine
- Cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350
- This recipe can be used with chicken and beef ribs
- Brown all meat
