Italian Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 12 onion sliced
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 Tbsp parsley minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
- paprika
- salt and pepper
- 14 c oil
Directions
- Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise in quarters
- Place in roaster with onion celery parsley and bouillon mixing well Add paprika salt and pepper again mixing well to taste
- Add oil
- Roast at 350 turning several times until golden brown
