Italian S Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 12 c sifted flour
- 1 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 18 tsp salt
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp lemon peel grated
- 1 c shortening
Directions
- Sift together flour baking powder baking soda and salt Beat eggs
- Add sugar vanilla lemon rind and shortening
- Mix into bowl with flour to form a soft dough
