Italian Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 16 oz bag egg noodles
• 1 16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
• 1 large onion
• 1 medium green pepper
• salt to taste
• pepper optional

Directions

1. Cut sausage into pieces
2. Slice onion and pepper
3. Fry in covered pan until browned
4. Place noodles in 6 quarts boiling water
5. Return to second boil stirring occasionally until tender
6. Add sausage mixture and spaghetti sauce and pour over drained noodles
7. Makes approximately 8 12 cup servings
