Italian Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 16 oz bag egg noodles
- 1 16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- salt to taste
- pepper optional
Directions
- Cut sausage into pieces
- Slice onion and pepper
- Fry in covered pan until browned
- Place noodles in 6 quarts boiling water
- Return to second boil stirring occasionally until tender
- Add sausage mixture and spaghetti sauce and pour over drained noodles
- Makes approximately 8 12 cup servings
