Italian Sausage Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can white kidney beans drained
- 1 20 oz can red kidney beans drained
- 2 15 oz cans butter lima beans drained
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion chopped
- oregano
- dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
- Cut sausage in bite size pieces and brown in frying pan
- Brown onion in sausage juice
- Add tomato paste and 1 or more cans of water salt pepper a little oregano 12 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Simmer about 10 minutes
- Add drained beans and browned sausage
- Mix well
- Spoon into casserole or oblong baking dish
- Bake 45 to 60 minutes uncovered at 350
- This recipe may be prepared the night before and baked the next day
