Italian Sausage Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet or hot Italian sausage
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 14 12 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 14 c olive oil
- 1 envelope Washington seasoning broth
Directions
- Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces saute in oil in large skillet until lightly browned
- Remove from heat
- Saute cut up peppers and onions until tender
- Add sausage and other ingredients Stir cook 15 to 20 minutes on low heat
- Serve over noodles rice or rolls
