Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients

• 1 lb mild Italian sausage
• 1 medium green pepper chopped
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 8 oz tomato sauce
• 2 8 oz water
• 2 8 oz tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon or 3 cubes
• 12 tsp garlic powder
• 34 c macaroni
• Mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. In Dutch oven or large saucepan combine sausage green pepper onion and brown
2. Drain off grease
3. Stir in all ingredients except macaroni and cook for 15 minutes
4. Add macaroni and continue cooking for 15 minutes
5. Put in serving bowls and top with cheese
6. Yields 6 to 8 servings
