Italian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage head
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 c oil
  • 1 c vinegar white

Directions

  1. Chop cabbage and leave in bowl
  2. Dice green peppers and onions
  3. Add to chopped cabbage
  4. Stir in sugar salt oil and vinegar
  5. Let stand 30 minutes
  6. Refrigerate for crispness
  7. May keep in closed glass container up to 2 weeks in refrigerator
