Italian Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 cabbage head
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c oil
- 1 c vinegar white
Directions
- Chop cabbage and leave in bowl
- Dice green peppers and onions
- Add to chopped cabbage
- Stir in sugar salt oil and vinegar
- Let stand 30 minutes
- Refrigerate for crispness
- May keep in closed glass container up to 2 weeks in refrigerator
