Italian Soup
Ingredients
- 8 c water
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 tsp thyme
- 1 c carrot sliced
- 1 c celery sliced
- 1 c cabbage chopped
- 1 c zucchini sliced
- 12 c scallions sliced
- 1 can tomatoes with juice
- sliced tomatoes
Directions
- Add broken spaghetti and simmer
- Serve and top with grated Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella cheese and croutons
