Italian Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 c chopped celery
  • 15 12 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 25 oz jar sliced mushrooms optional
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 12 tsp garlic salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan
  3. Cook spaghetti to desired tenderness drain and set aside Brown the beef with celery drain
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms simmer 15 minutes
  5. Combine spaghetti eggs Parmesan cheese and garlic salt toss
  6. Place mixture in the prepared pan Press evenly over bottom and up sides forming a crust
  7. Pour meat mixture over spaghetti
  8. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese
