Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 lb pork
• 12 lb sausage
• 1 lb chopped onions
• 1 c catsup
• 2 12 c tomato puree
• 2 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• grated Parmesan cheese
• 14 lb margarine or butter
• 1 chopped green pepper
• 14 garlic clove
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Brown meat in butter in iron skillet
2. Add onions garlic and pepper
3. Cook until slightly brown
4. Add tomato puree catsup 12 cup water Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper
5. Simmer covered 1 12 hours
