Italian Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 or 4 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 to 3 medium onions diced
- 1 12 to 2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 drops Tabasco
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 to 1 12 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp sugar
- mushrooms optional
Directions
- Brown meat real well add onions and brown
- Add all ingredients except sugar and herbs
- Cook for 1 12 hours add herbs and cook another 1 12 hours
- Add sugar at very end
- Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
