Italian White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 c olive oil
- 1 can clams
- 1 c minced onion
- 1 c sherry wine
Directions
- Brown lightly garlic in olive oil
- Drain clams add clam meat onion and sherry to pan
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Serve over linguine noodles
