Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 c thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 14 to 12 c margarine
  • 12 c chopped fresh parsley or 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 14 tsp basil
  • 14 tsp oregano leaves
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese or Muenster cheese
  • 8 oz can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 tsp mustard

Directions

  1. Cook and stir sliced zucchini and chopped onion in margarine for 10 minutes
  2. Stir in parsley salt pepper garlic powder basil and oregano leaves
  3. Combine eggs and cheese stir into zucchini mixture
