Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie
Ingredients
- 4 c thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 c chopped onion
- 14 to 12 c margarine
- 12 c chopped fresh parsley or 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 14 tsp basil
- 14 tsp oregano leaves
- 2 beaten eggs
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese or Muenster cheese
- 8 oz can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 tsp mustard
Directions
- Cook and stir sliced zucchini and chopped onion in margarine for 10 minutes
- Stir in parsley salt pepper garlic powder basil and oregano leaves
- Combine eggs and cheese stir into zucchini mixture
