ItalianoS Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 14 c olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 large can tomatoes chopped
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 12 c water
- Italian sausages
Directions
- Simmer onion in oil
- Add tomatoes paste sauce and water simmer
- Do not burn on bottom
- Simmer 1 hour or more
- Parboil sausages slowly to get some fat out about 20 minutes
- Drain and add sausages to spaghetti sauce
- Heat for 30 minutes at a slow simmer
- Serve with spaghetti
