Italio Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 12 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 3 c tomato juice
- 4 oz thin raw spaghetti broken into thirds
Directions
- In skillet brown beef and onions drain grease off
- Return to skillet Reduce temperature
- Add thyme oregano salt pepper and dry mustard
- Mix in browned beef
- Pour tomato juice over mixture
- Add broken spaghetti
- Press spaghetti into mixture until it is covered with juice
- Cover skillet and simmer for 30 minutes
