JacksonS Vanilla Wafer Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 12 c milk
• 1 12 sticks margarine
• 10 12 oz vanilla wafers crushed
• 6 large eggs
• 7 oz Angel Flake coconut
• 2 c pecans

Directions

1. Put finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs coconut and pecans in large mixing pan
2. Mix well
3. Cream sugar and margarine then add eggs beating after each addition
4. Add milk
5. Pour this mixture into dry ingredients and mix well
6. Bake in greased and floured tube pan
7. Bake 1 hour in middle of oven at 325
8. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
