Jalapeno Cornbread
Ingredients
- 3 c cornbread mix yes mix
- 2 12 c milk
- 12 c salad oil
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 large onion grated
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c cream-style corn
- 12 c yellow cheese grated
- 14 lb bacon or more fried crisp and crumbled
- 14 c pimientos chopped
- 14 c garlic chopped optional
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 greased 8 x 8-inch pans at 400 until done and brown about 35 minutes Let cool cut and enjoy with a tall glass of milk
