Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients

• 2 c yellow cornmeal
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 medium onion grated
• 3 Tbsp jalapeno peppers
• 3 Tbsp bell peppers
• 3 Tbsp chopped pimento
• 1 c grated sharp cheese
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 c buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 lb browned ground meat
• 1 can cream-style or whole kernel corn

Directions

1. Add each ingredient and mix well
2. Pour into hot greased skillet or muffin pan
3. Bake until brown
4. Add according to your taste
