Jalapeno Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 c Monterey Jack cheese grated

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. Put chilies evenly in greased 8-inch square pan
  3. Sprinkle cheese over chilies
  4. Pour eggs over cheese and bake until firm in center about 30 to 40 minutes
  5. Place on wire rack and cool 5 minutes
  6. Cut into bite size pieces Delicious served on crackers
