Jalapeno Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies drained
- 3 large eggs
- 3 c Monterey Jack cheese grated
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Put chilies evenly in greased 8-inch square pan
- Sprinkle cheese over chilies
- Pour eggs over cheese and bake until firm in center about 30 to 40 minutes
- Place on wire rack and cool 5 minutes
- Cut into bite size pieces Delicious served on crackers
