Jalapeno Rice

Ingredients
- 2 12 c cooked and cooled rice
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 4 oz can green chilies
- 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese grated
Directions
- Mix rice with sour cream and green chilies
- In a 1 12 to 2-quart casserole dish layer 12 of the rice mixture and 12 of the cheese
- Repeat ending with cheese Bake 30 minutes covered then remove lid and bake for an additional 10 minutes
