Jam Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c self-rising flour
• 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 5 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c butter melted
• 1 c jam
• 1 c ground nuts
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c apple butter
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 c crushed pineapple do not drain

Directions

1. Mix flour with cocoa powder and spices Set aside Beat eggs Add sugar Beat in butter jam nuts raisins apple butter buttermilk and crushed pineapple Beat in dry ingredients Divide batter between three prepared cake pans Bake at 325 for 25 minutes Frost with Caramel Frosting
