James Peanut Butter Crunchies

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c white Karo syrup
  • 2 c crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 6 c corn flakes

Directions

  1. Bring sugar and Karo syrup to a boil
  2. Boil for approximately 1 to 2 minutes after it reaches a rolling boil
  3. Remove from heat and add 2 cups peanut butter
  4. Mix well and pour over 6 cups corn flakes that are measured into a large mixing bowl
  5. Lightly mix then spoon or pinch into 1 to 2-inch balls on wax paper
  6. Cool Store in a covered plastic bowl
