James Peanut Butter Crunchies
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c white Karo syrup
- 2 c crunchy or smooth peanut butter
- 6 c corn flakes
Directions
- Bring sugar and Karo syrup to a boil
- Boil for approximately 1 to 2 minutes after it reaches a rolling boil
- Remove from heat and add 2 cups peanut butter
- Mix well and pour over 6 cups corn flakes that are measured into a large mixing bowl
- Lightly mix then spoon or pinch into 1 to 2-inch balls on wax paper
- Cool Store in a covered plastic bowl
