Jan Hagel Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c oleo
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg separated
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp water
- 12 c nuts
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Lightly grease jelly roll pan
- Mix oleo sugar and egg yolk
- Blend in flour and cinnamon
- Pat into pan Beat egg white and water brush over dough
- Sprinkle with nuts Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned
- Cut immediately into strips
