Jan HagelSwedish Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 2 c flour
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Cream together the margarine sugar and egg yolk
- Add flour and cinnamon
- Pat into jelly roll pan
- Beat the egg white with 1 teaspoon water until fluffy brush on dough
- Sprinkle with nuts Bake for 20 minutes at 350
