JaneanS Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 to 7 medium potatoes
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp dry onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 c melted butter plus 14 c melted butter
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 c cracker or bread crumbs
Directions
- Boil the potatoes in skins about 12 hour
- Cool in refrigerator then peel and grate
- Mix together potatoes Cheddar cheese dry onion soup 12 cup melted butter and sour cream Press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan
- Before baking sprinkle cracker or bread crumbs and pour 14 cup melted butter over top Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
