Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 medium potatoes
  • 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp dry onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 c melted butter plus 14 c melted butter
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 c cracker or bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in skins about 12 hour
  2. Cool in refrigerator then peel and grate
  3. Mix together potatoes Cheddar cheese dry onion soup 12 cup melted butter and sour cream Press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan
  4. Before baking sprinkle cracker or bread crumbs and pour 14 cup melted butter over top Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
