JanS Chicken Stock

Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 gal water
- 1 large onion
- 3 stalks celery with leaves
- 12 c chicken bouillon
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the chicken liver into a large pan
- Bring to a boil
- Turn heat to simmer for 2 hours
- Remove chicken strain broth
- This broth may be used for soup stew or just eaten like it is
- Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week
