Ingredients

  • 12 lb butter
  • 34 c sugar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Cream the sugar with the butter
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Shape into two rolls chill until firm
  4. Cut 14-inch thick and bake 30 minutes at 300
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm
