Japanese Cookies

Ingredients
- 12 lb butter
- 34 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c flour
- 1 c coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream the sugar with the butter
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Shape into two rolls chill until firm
- Cut 14-inch thick and bake 30 minutes at 300
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm
