Japanese Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 12 lb chicken
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp joshinko rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 5 tsp shoyu sauce
- 2 tsp green onions
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except chicken
- Add chicken soak for 20 minutes and deep fry
