Japanese Fruit Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick oleo not melted
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 c pecans
- 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
- 12 c raisins
Directions
- Beat first 4 ingredients well add last 3
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Bake at 325 until firm about 40 to 50 minutes
