Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 12 c coconut
  • 12 c chopped pecans
  • 12 c raisins
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Beat well eggs white sugar and margarine
  2. Add coconut chopped pecans raisins and lemon juice
  3. Mix all together and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  4. Bake at 300 for 50 to 60 minutes
  5. Its just like sugar candy
