Japanese Fruitcake PieMakes 2

Ingredients

  • 1 12 stick butter melted
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 12 c flaked coconut
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 9-inch pie shells uncooked

Directions

  1. Mix
  2. butter
  3. sugar and eggs together after butter has cooled to
  4. room temperature
  5. Mix thoroughly
  6. Add remaining ingredients
  7. and pour evenly into unbaked pie shells
  8. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350 oven
