Japanese Fruitcake PieMakes 2

Ingredients
- 1 12 stick butter melted
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c raisins
- 1 12 c flaked coconut
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 9-inch pie shells uncooked
Directions
- Mix
- butter
- sugar and eggs together after butter has cooled to
- room temperature
- Mix thoroughly
- Add remaining ingredients
- and pour evenly into unbaked pie shells
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350 oven
