Japanese Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 small box jello
  • 3 pkg Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 34 c cold water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 c water

Directions

  1. Dissolve together the first 3 ingredients
  2. Boil together sugar and water
  3. Add sugar and water mixture to dissolved jello mixture
  4. Stir well
  5. Pour into pan refrigerate until set
  6. Cut into shapes
  7. Easy to eat with fingers
  8. Great for children
