Japanese Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 c margarine melted
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c sugar
  • 12 c chopped nuts
  • 12 c flaked coconut
  • 12 c seedless white raisins
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix margarine sugar and eggs
  2. Add remaining ingredients pour into unbaked pie shell
  3. Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes
