Jazzy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 14 c margarine
  • 1 c grated sharp cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 12 c milk
  • 13 c green onions
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 14 c chopped pimento optional

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes in jackets until almost done chill until very cold
  2. Peel and shred with a grater
  3. Melt margarine in double boiler add cheese a small amount at a time
  4. Mix together the sour cream and milk add to cheese mixture
  5. Add onions and stir Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Add the shredded potatoes
  7. Put in casserole bake at 350 for 45 minutes uncovered
  8. Serves 6
