JeffS Potato Salad With Beer Dressing

Ingredients

• 6 potatoes
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 bacon slice
• 1 Tbsp chopped onions
• 1 celery stalk chopped
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• 2 tsp flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 c beer
• 12 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
