Jellied Cranberry Relish
Ingredients
- 2 pkg orange flavored relish
- 2 c hot water
- 1 11 oz can 1 14 c frozen cranberry orange relish
- 12 c cold water
- 1 c orange juice
- 34 c chopped celery
- 34 c chopped California walnuts
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water
- Break frozen relish in chunks Add to gelatin and stir until thawed
- Add cold water and orange juice
- Chill until partially set
- Stir in celery and nuts
- Pour into a 1 12-quart mold or individual molds and chill until firm Makes 8 to 10 servings
