Jellied Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

• 34 pkg small marshmallows
• 1 c whipped cream
• 1 c finely grated cheese sharp Cheddar
• 1 envelope Knox gelatine
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
• 1 c pecans

Directions

1. Marinate marshmallows in pineapple with juice
2. Add whipped cream and cheese
3. Moisten gelatine in cold water and dissolve in 14 cup hot water
4. Add to mixture then add pecans
5. Pour into mold
6. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and chill overnight
