Jellied Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
- 34 pkg small marshmallows
- 1 c whipped cream
- 1 c finely grated cheese sharp Cheddar
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c pecans
Directions
- Marinate marshmallows in pineapple with juice
- Add whipped cream and cheese
- Moisten gelatine in cold water and dissolve in 14 cup hot water
- Add to mixture then add pecans
- Pour into mold
- Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and chill overnight
