Jellied Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 2 c water
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 pt fresh strawberries hulled
• 2 baked pie shells
• 1 14 c sugar
• 1 3 oz pkg strawberry gelatin powder

Directions

1. Cook together water sugar and cornstarch until the mixture thickens
2. Add the dry gelatin powder and let the mixture cool Pour over the strawberries in the pie shells and chill until firm Top the pies with whipped cream or your favorite topping
