Jello Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
- 1 c hot water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 32 graham crackers
- 1 sq butter melted
Directions
- Remove cream cheese from fridge
- Put evaporated milk in freezer
- Add 1 cup hot water to Jell-O
- Place in fridge until syrupy
- Whip
- Add sugar and vanilla to cheese and beat
- Whip evaporated milk until it peaks
- Mix with cheese mixture
- Add crushed pineapple if desired
- Press 12 of cracker mixture into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and let stand while preparing other ingredients
- Sprinkle balance of crackers over top
