Jello Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c sugar
• 14 tsp vanilla
• 1 small pkg lemon jello
• juice of 1 lemon
• 8 oz carton Cool Whip
• 1 graham cracker crust
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

1. Cream first three ingredients together well
2. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water
3. Refrigerate until cold not thick
4. Pour into cheese and sugar mixture
5. Add juice of lemon
6. Stir in Cool Whip and mix lightly
7. Pour lemon mixture into a graham cracker crust
8. Top with cherry pie filling
