Jello Cream Salad

Ingredients

• 1 15 oz can crushed pineapple
• 2 3 oz pkg lime Jell-O
• 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c whipped cream or Cool Whip
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Bring pineapple to boiling point
2. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved
3. Refrigerate until it begins to set
4. Stir in cream cheese
5. Fold in whipping cream and nuts
6. Add cherries if desired
7. Mold
8. Serves 8 to 10
