Jello Pies

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 12 c pineapple juice
- 1 large can Pet milk chilled
- 3 oz box lemon Jell-O
- 2 vanilla wafer crusts
Directions
- Beat eggs
- Add sugar and pineapple juice
- Cook until thick stirring often
- Remove from heat and add Jell-O
- Put into refrigerator to chill
- Beat milk until it stands in peaks Gently fold Jell-O mixture to milk
- Pour into 2 vanilla wafer pie crusts
- Keep refrigerated
