Jello Pudding Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 3 14 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix not instant
  • 1 c dark corn syrup
  • 34 c evaporated milk
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Blend pie filling with corn syrup
  2. Gradually stir in evaporated milk and egg
  3. Add nuts
  4. Pour into pie shell
  5. Bake at 375 until top is firm and just begins to crack about 40 minutes
  6. Cool at least 3 hours
  7. Garnish if desired
