Jelly Center Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 1 c butter
• 2 eggs
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp soda

Directions

1. Roll dough in balls
2. Roll in granulated sugar
3. Make impression in center and fill with jelly
4. Bake at 350 until done
