Jelly Filled Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 23 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp cinnamon
- 13 c oil or shortening
- 34 c milk
- 1 egg
Directions
- Combine flour sugar baking powder salt and cinnamon
- Cut in shortening
- Add milk and egg
- Put batter in 12 muffin papers or pan
- Place 1 teaspoon jelly on top of each muffin and press down
- Bake at 350 until done 15 to 20 minutes
